The Labour Force Survey highlighted that 581,000 working people have sustained an injury at work. Incident investigation is carried out in order to determine the root cause of an Incident so to prevent reoccurrence of incidents of a similar kind.
This one-day Incident investigation training course will give you a broad understanding of the incident investigation process, looking at the benefits of incident prevention and putting the emphasis on practical training exercises and real-life case studies.
Training is suitable for managers, supervisors, safety representatives – and anyone with the responsibility for investigating incidents. It will enable your company to meet their moral and legal obligations to investigate incidents and incidents and learn from any safety failures.
Our Incident investigation training course will help to ensure that your company complies with relevant legislation, including Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations (RIDDOR). There is an assessment for this course. Delegates who successfully complete the incident investigation training in full will receive a certificate of training.
