Absolutely. Most courses can be tailored with examples, policies and industry context relevant to your team.
For on-site courses, we can deliver training for groups of almost any size, making it a flexible and cost-effective option for employers. Most clients find it works best with around 6–12 delegates, but we can adapt to suit your requirements.
Please note that some awarding bodies, such as CITB Site Safety Plus, have minimum delegate numbers set under their scheme rules. For example, some Site Safety Plus courses require at least 4 delegates to be present for the course to run. Where minimum numbers apply, we’ll always confirm this with you at the time of booking.
If you’re not sure how many delegates you’ll need, our team can guide you on the most suitable setup for your course.
