The role is for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join the Sales team taking incoming customer enquiries and manage company’s relationships with its key accounts. To provide a high level of support, ensuring that all queries are responded to in an efficient, professional and timely manner. Build long-term relationships with a group of customers and maintain regular contact.

Duties and Responsibilities

Taking on responsibility for incoming enquires from our Key Account Clients received by phone and email, providing necessary and relevant information regarding training courses and qualifications.

Develop a trusting relationship with a portfolio of key customers, giving long-lasting relationships.

Working closely with our third parties, maintaining a healthy relationship.

Resolve any issues/problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.

Updating the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system daily with a high degree of accuracy, information is documented ensuring ESS can manage and analyse interactions with past, current and potential customers, focusing on customer retention and driving sales growth.

Coordinating and administering confirmed training course awarding body notifications and certification, ensuring compliance with ESS Standard Operating Procedures.

Work closely with the sales, commercial training, admin and marketing teams to achieve sales and customer service objectives.

Liaise effectively with all departments to ensure customer requirements are met.

Attend meetings as required with your manager to update information and discuss any issues.
