Level 7 NVQ in Construction Senior Management

The Level 7 NVQ Diploma in Construction Senior Management is for learners who work in, or who want to work in, a senior management role in the construction sector. 

The qualification gives learners the opportunity to: 

• develop the technical skills, role-related knowledge and understanding, and behaviours required to work in a wide range of construction senior management roles, including construction manager, construction supervisor, production manager, commercial manager, operations director of a small company, property and facilities manager and specialist construction manager. These skills and knowledge are also applicable to construction project manager roles.
• demonstrate competence in the relevant job roles.
• have existing skills recognised.
• achieve a nationally-recognised Level 7 qualification. 

CSCS Black Card

On completion of your NVQ qualification, along with passing the relevant CITB HS&E test you will be able to apply for the CSCS Managers Card.

L7 NVQ Diploma in Construction Senior Management

Minimum Credit Value: 169

Reference: 603/7254/0

To achieve this qualification a minimum of 169 credits need to be attained. This comprises of 107 credits from the Mandatory Group, plus  62 credits from the Optional Group.
