Essential Site Skills are an award winning and market leading training provider within the construction industry. Following our year on year growth, we are now looking to appoint 3 x Telesales Advisors within our Call Centre to further expand our Sales Team. These roles will play a key part in the continued development and ongoing success of a progressive national organisation.
Key responsibilities will include:
- High volume outbound B2B calling to prospective new business opportunities, in order to generate sales & achieve targets
- Working closely with the Commercial Training, Sales and Marketing teams to achieve sales objectives
- Liaising effectively with all departments to ensure customer requirements are met
- Negotiating commercial terms with 3rd party suppliers
- Updating & maintaining a bespoke CRM system
- Related sales administration, booking forms etc. as necessary
The successful candidate will require proven experience in a proactive telesales/telemarketing position, ideally within a call centre environment. Construction industry experience is preferable but not essential.
