As a Finance Administrator at Essential Site Skills, you'll play a vital role in managing and maintaining our financial operations, contributing to the success of an award-winning training provider known for excellence.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Invoice Processing: Accurately process supplier and sales invoices, ensuring alignment with purchase orders.
  • Account Management: Set up and maintain new sales and purchasing accounts; reconcile supplier and customer accounts.
  • Customer and Supplier Queries: Serve as the first point of contact for accounts receivable and payable enquiries, providing prompt and professional responses.
  • Banking and Transactions: Monitor and post daily transactions, including bank and Stripe activities.
  • Payment Runs: Prepare payment runs for authorised invoices, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement.
  • Credit Control: Assist with credit control processes, including reporting and following up on outstanding payments.
  • Payments Handling: Process payments for invoices, E-learning, and shop orders through Stripe.
  • Reconciliations: Complete monthly supplier statement reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with other team members on various finance-related tasks as needed.
