Freelance Health & Safety Trainer

We’re seeking experienced freelance Health and Safety trainers to deliver short courses on behalf of Essential Site Skills, either at client sites or selected training venues in and around London. Whether you already run your own training business or work freelance for multiple providers, we’d love to hear from you.

Our in-house courses are popular with clients who want tailored, site-specific delivery. Current demand is particularly strong in:

• Abrasive Wheels
• Asbestos Awareness (UKATA)
• Basic Harness
• Basic Scaffold Inspection
• CAT & Genny (Cable Avoidance)
• Manual Handling
• Face Fit Train the Tester (Qualitative)
• Fire Marshal / Fire Warden
• First Aid (various)
• Spill Kit Awareness
• Vehicle Banksman
• Working At Height (various)

Requirements:

• A recognised teaching qualification (PTLLS, AET or higher)
• Relevant subject qualifications and practical delivery experience
• Confidence to manage training independently and professionally
• Your own transport and training equipment (depending on course type)
• Willingness to travel across London and nearby areas
• A UK driving licence is preferred
