This unit aims to develop knowledge of different sources of energy, identifying how renewable sources may be developed and exploring issues that may be raised with such developments. 

Sources of Energy Course Overview

This qualification provides learners with a comprehensive understanding of energy sources and sustainability. It commences with an introduction to diverse energy sources, encompassing non-renewable and renewable options, alongside a clear explanation of 'clean energy' and its generation processes. The program then delves into the development of renewable energy, highlighting limitations and addressing potential objections in specific renewable energy projects, along with effective objection management strategies. Learners who achieve Introducing Environmental Awareness and Sustainability in Construction (F/618/0657) could progress onto a full entry 3 construction training qualification.
