NVQ Information
The Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Cladding Occupations (Construction) – Roof and Wall Sheeting and Cladding is a nationally recognised, work-based qualification for experienced individuals working within the cladding sector.
This qualification enables learners to demonstrate and recognise their skills, knowledge and understanding, and to demonstrate their competence in a real workplace environment. It supports learners to work as specialists in roof and wall sheeting and cladding within the construction industry, including carrying out complex installations and taking responsibility for their work.
The qualification structure below outlines the combination of mandatory and optional units that must be achieved to be awarded the Level 3 NVQ in Cladding Occupations.
As this is a work-based NVQ, learners must be currently employed in a relevant cladding or construction role to enrol and complete the qualification.
On completion of your NVQ qualification, along with passing the relevant CITB HS&E test you will be able to apply for the CSCS Gold Skilled Worker Card.

Minimum Credit Value: 132

To achieve this qualification a minimum of 132 credits need to be attained. This comprises 126 credits from the mandatory group (8 units) plus a minimum of 6 credits from the optional group (1 unit).
