The Role: We're seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Accounts Assistant to join our small but dynamic accounts team. This position offers a comprehensive experience in finance administration, including handling sales ledgers, purchase ledgers, and general bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing sales invoices on Xero finance system.
• Managing purchase invoices for processing and payments.
• Conducting bank reconciliations for various accounts.
• Maintaining and updating client credit and Experian databases.
• Providing weekly sales reports and analysis.
• Maintaining the fixed asset register and preparing quarterly VAT returns.
