As part of our continued growth, we are looking for experienced and qualified Associate Tutors/Assessors and IQA’s to support the delivery within our Leadership & Management Academy.

We are particularly interested in those with experience in delivering/assessing:

  • ILM Level 2 Award/Certificate in Leadership and Team Skills
  • ILM Level 3 Award/Certificate/Diploma in Leadership and Management 
  • ILM Level 5 Award/Certificate/Diploma in Leadership and Management 

We’re looking for applicants who hold experience and qualifications in the relevant subject specialism, along with a recognised teaching and assessment qualification and experience in supporting adult learners. In addition, we are seeking applicants who can also undertake IQA duties.

You will be responsible for organising and managing your own workload whilst maintaining the highest level of standards in a timely manner, with direct support of our Head of Quality & Curriculum to oversee caseload management, learner/employer queries and assessment/quality assurance processes. These roles offer flexible working hours, depending on business need, caseload and associate availability.

What we are looking for in you:

  • Hold assessor/IQA and teaching qualifications, with evidence of recent CPD

  • Evidence of occupational management experience and previous experience in ILM delivery/assessment

  • Problem-solve using own initiative and use adaptive teaching techniques

  • Support learners/employers flexibly in a professional and timely manner

  • Provide high quality assessment decisions with constructive and developmental feedback/feedforward

  • Digitally skilled in Microsoft Office including Microsoft Teams delivery and e-portfolio (OneFile) platforms
