We are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated Telesales Consultants to join our successful Business Development Team. Working in partnership with our Business Development Managers, you will be responsible for providing a high level of support in closing deals, developing new and existing client relationships, arranging meetings where necessary and supporting the Business Development Team in maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Due to successful business growth in new and existing markets, we currently have 3 positions available at our Nottingham office. Key responsibilities will be to call existing and potential new clients, promoting the business to prospective customers, and delivering a high standard of quality calls, information and guidance – maintaining a positive and professional attitude throughout.

The successful candidate must be target and quality driven, as this role will involve working to sales targets and strategic key performance indicators. Resilience, drive and motivation are essential for high performance. You will be provided with ongoing training and develop to enable you to provide a high-end service to clients, and to meet the company’s high standards of service and delivery. In return you will be provided with full training, with ongoing support and development, working with some of the most experienced, qualified and specialist members in the learning and development sector. Skills and Qualifications required:

· Previous experience of working within a sales environment preferably in a proactive telemarketing role

· High degree of accuracy

· Strong negotiation skills

· Ability to build strong working relationships (internal/external)

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Demonstrated ability to prioritise workload
