We are a leading provider of construction-based NVQ qualifications and are currently seeking experienced Freelance NVQ Assessors to deliver Level 6 and Level 7 Site Management Qualifications. Our team is dedicated to helping professionals in the construction industry achieve their qualifications and advance their careers.
The Role
As a Freelance NVQ Assessor, you will play a key role in the delivery of NVQ qualifications, ensuring candidates meet the required standards to achieve their certifications. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting on-site and remote assessments.
- Liaising with employers, learners, and internal verifiers to drive completions.
- Providing feedback and guidance to learners throughout their qualification journey.
- Managing your caseload efficiently to meet targets and ensure timely completions.
Key Requirements
- A strong occupational background in construction, with relevant industry experience.
- Proven experience in assessing NVQ qualifications, specifically Site Management (L6 and/or L7).
- An Assessor Qualification (e.g., A1, TAQA, or equivalent) is essential.
- Familiarity with awarding body requirements and verification processes.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
